01. How do I book your services for an event?
To secure your wedding date, simply fill out the contact form. Once we confirm availability, a signed contract and retainer are required to officially book.
02. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute availability.
03.Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is typically due one day before of your wedding.
04. Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we are available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your wedding.

05. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the package: one month; We always prioritize quality and storytelling in every delivery.
06. Whos gonna shoot the event?
We are a team of 3, Jaime Hernández is the main photographer and videographer. Jollymar Asencio is the second photographer and Suriel Colón makes events with photography services in Puerto Rico & Florida.
07.How will we receive our photos and videos?
All final content is delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and relive your memories easily.
08. Do you travel for weddings?
